With years of experience in global content rollouts, solution development and implementation, Zuzana builds on her passion for driving user engagement through data collection, testing and user research. Running multi-country content operations and authoring programs for industry leaders in sectors ranging from retail to finance, she ensures each rollout strategy goes beyond providing knowledge people don’t know how to use, or use incorrectly. She aspires to bridge the digital literacy gap through removing barriers to accessibility and high-quality content delivered through automation and collaborative training in cognitive content design of extended team of writers, editors and expert contributors.

Ana McGinley

After completing a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master’s in Social Work, Ana worked as a social worker specializing in mental healthcare for the over 65 population. In this role, she worked in hospitals, community health settings, memory clinics, legal tribunals, universities – and conducted a 6-month research project that looked at dementia programs in the U.S., Canada and Europe. For the past 7 years she has worked as a writer, researcher, editor, teacher and cross-cultural trainer. Ana's life goal is to repopularise communes as the living option that replaces aged care facilities, returning joy to the experience of aging.

Mary Beth Webster-Hlavsa

Mary Beth hails from the beautiful Pacific Northwest in the USA. Her BA is in Culture and Religion, and she’s passionate about travel and volunteer work. For over a decade she’s been a professional copywriter, editor, and proofreader, but before that she worked in a variety of fields. Her favorites of which were as a veterinary assistant, a tourist accommodation coordinator, and a case manager and independent living coach for adults with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries. She believes that it’s vital for everyone to find their niche, and to make the most of themselves in order to help others and enjoy all that life has to offer.
